AI to recogonize body movements

Fittonic is a Software Development Kit (SDK) for Mobile Apps that tracks a person's body position and identifies types of body movements, in real-time. WIth Fittonic, app developers can build AI-powered coaches for sports, fitness tournaments, immersive AR experiences, and more.
What type of body movements can be recognized?
Fittonic identifies virtually any type of body movements, for example squatting, pushing up, and pulling up. Fittonic-based apps:
  • identify exercise mistakes to prevent sports injuries and detect cheating in competitions;
  • count correct and incorrect reps;
  • detect injury: people falling or not moving;
  • understand body language such as lending a hand or sitting down.
The Fittonic comes with a pre-trained library of 30+ fitness movements along with common mistakes. Custom movements can be added by app developers.

Why Fittonic is unique?
Unlike most motion capture tools, Fittonic uses a pose estimation technology and recognizes types of body movements. Fittonic captures and tracks body position with higher precision below 1" (2.5 cm) and lower latency under 100 ms enabling interactive augmented reality experiences.
How to try Fittonic?

What platform does Fittonic support?
Fittonic SDK runs
iOS 12+, iPhone 6s+
Android - under development
Getting Started

This simple Swift code shows an example of working with the Fittonic library.

First, you need to initialize and create an object for exercise, using it's name and the goal - how many times it needs to be repeated. You can subscribe to posture update events, the current number of completed repetitions of the exercise, and current mistakes made by the user during a workout.

Good luck!
How accurate is Fittonic?
With tracking precision below 1" (2.5 cm) and the error rate of movement type identification below 1%, Fittonic is sufficiently accurate for both amateur and professional sports. The error rate depends on the quality and size of the training set.
